Aeon Industrial HQ Under Construction in Cedar Park

The Aeon Industrial headquarters and manufacturing facility is under construction at 2305 Scottsdale Drive in Cedar Park, within the Cedar Tech I industrial development. The 138,000 SF project will serve as the defense contractor's headquarters and production site. Holt Lunsford Commercial is the developer.

Construction started in September 2025. Aeon is the first tenant of Cedar Tech I, a 279,571 SF Class AA industrial development brokered by Live Oak. The company expanded its planned footprint from 48,000 SF to 138,000 SF, nearly tripling the original plan. The original completion target of September 30, 2026 has passed, and work remains underway.

Aeon produces the Zeus precision weapon system and ODIN autonomous targeting software. The Cedar Park City Council unanimously approved an economic development agreement on May 28, 2026, providing up to $1.5 million in job creation incentives plus $10,000 employee relocation bonuses, a package of roughly $2 million. The agreement requires 135 jobs with a combined annual payroll of about $16.5 million by the end of 2029, plus $8.5 million in local capital investment.

The Cedar Tech I site carries Triple Freeport and Foreign Trade Zone tax status. Cedar Park continues to attract aerospace and defense companies, including Firefly Aerospace.
