234-Unit Senior Living Project Approved in Leander's Northline
Hayden Grove Northline, a 234-unit senior living project at 461 John Webster St in Leander's Northline district, is approved. Construction starts Nov. 2, 2026.
Hayden Grove Northline, a 234-unit senior living development, has been approved at 461 John Webster St in Leander's Northline district. The four-story, roughly 324,500-square-foot project is being developed by Verdot Capital, with design by InSite Architects and Planners.
The community will mix independent living, assisted living and memory care units with shared common areas. The project is registered with TDLR as TABS2027001438, filed Sept. 18, 2026. Estimated construction cost is $50 million, or about $154 per square foot. An interior rendering has been released.
Construction is set to begin Nov. 2, 2026, with completion expected Nov. 30, 2028. The project is privately funded on private land.
The site sits within Northline, Leander's roughly 116-acre mixed-use downtown district. Hayden Grove Northline joins Verdot Capital's Central Texas senior living pipeline, which includes projects in Cedar Park and Pflugerville.
