Anthem Under Construction at 1500 North Collins in Arlington
Trademark Property Company is redeveloping the former Lincoln Square site in Arlington into 404,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.

Anthem, a 404,000-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment redevelopment, is under construction at 1500 North Collins in Arlington, the former Lincoln Square site. Trademark Property Company is developing the project in a joint venture with Harrison Street Asset Management, with architecture by Dwell Design Studio.
Construction began August 3, with completion slated for early 2028. The work includes demolition of roughly 70,000 square feet of existing space. InterBank provided refinancing and construction financing.
The project is a public-private partnership with the Arlington Economic Development Corp. and the City of Arlington. In June, the Arlington City Council approved buying a 2.31-acre parcel within Anthem for a future office development. Amenities include public green space, a public art program, outdoor seating, bike racks and event programming.
Trademark reports final lease negotiations on more than 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Anthem is part of the firm's $417 million, four-project Texas development and redevelopment push.
The site sits on North Collins Street, a primary north-south corridor with direct access to Interstate 30, in the city's entertainment district near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field.
