Atlanta-based Wood Partners developed the four-building, four-story project, with architecture by Design Balance, Inc. This is the first time this newsletter has tracked the project.
Units range from studios to three-bedrooms, spanning 636 to 1,474 square feet. Amenities include a resort-style pool, pet facilities, a pickleball court, outdoor activity space, bike storage, and a sky deck. The community has direct access to the Trinity Clearfork trail system, which spans more than 100 miles.

The site was platted as AP-25-0609 in May 2025, with the lot addressed at 3201 River Park Drive. A Community Facilities Agreement for water and sewer with River Park Builders, LLC was recorded at $199,447.68.
The property sits just west of the Chisholm Trail Parkway on Fort Worth's southwest side, directly across from Waterside Shopping Center and near Clearfork.
