Haven Housing, the multifamily and affordable platform of BH Properties, has acquired The Evergrove at Crystal Village, a 346-unit Class-A garden-style community at 2090 Raider Way in Leander. The deal closed in October 2026. Koniag Real Estate developed the three-story property, completed in 2024.

The 15-acre site sits at 183A Toll Road and Crystal Falls Parkway within the 65-acre Crystal Village mixed-use development, master-planned by Alaska-based Koniag Inc. Construction began in December 2022 with LMF Construction as general contractor; the property held its grand opening in 2025.

Units range from 659 to 1,387 square feet. Amenities include a resort-style pool with cabanas, 24-hour fitness center, co-working clubhouse, private yards, and tuck-under garages. Greystar manages the property, which was 92 percent occupied as of September 2026. An adjacent trail connects to Leander's Lakewood Park.
