The Barton, a 402-unit residential development, is under construction at 8956 W. State Highway 71 in Oak Hill. Construction began October 6, 2026. OHT Partners is developer and general contractor, with architecture by Meeks + Partners.
The three-story community sits on 60 acres near Southwest Parkway, with more than 40 acres designated as green space. The mix includes 30 townhomes; units range from 702 to 1,584 square feet. Select units offer private yards and tuck-under garages.
Amenities include two resort-style pools, a 9,000-square-foot clubhouse, a 1,500-square-foot fitness center, 1,500 square feet of coworking space, two pickleball courts, a 1.4-acre dog park, trails, and community courtyards. Ellie Aiello Interiors handles interior design. 360 Professional Services is civil engineer; United Structural Consultants is structural.
First units deliver in early 2028, with full completion slated for Q4 2028.
