Grove at Shoal Creek Gets Five-Year Site Plan Extension

The Grove at Shoal Creek, a 1515-unit mixed-use development at Bull Creek Road and 45th Street in Austin, received a five-year site plan extension to finish more than a dozen homes in its first phase, which started nearly a decade ago. The extension passed on a consent agenda. Developed by ARG Bull Creek Ltd. / Milestone Community Builders with architecture by DTJ Design.

Amenities include parks, shops, restaurants, office spaces, an extension of the Shoal Creek Trail, a signature park, pocket park, plaza, and the Outdoor Living Room Event Plaza. Natural ponds and water features are integrated, with a focus on tree preservation.

The project incorporates 180 affordable housing units, enhancing community diversity and accessibility.
