DML Capital Buys Northwest Austin Office Building
DML Capital has acquired Lakeside at Quarry Oaks, a 123,272-square-foot Class A office building at 4516 Seton Center Parkway, from Brick Row Holdings.
DML Capital, a Houston-based private equity firm, has acquired Lakeside at Quarry Oaks, a three-story Class A office building at 4516 Seton Center Parkway in Northwest Austin. Brick Row Holdings sold the 123,272-square-foot property in October 2026. JLL Capital Markets closed the sale and arranged acquisition financing.
Formerly known as Quarry Lake II, the building was acquired by Brick Row in June 2025.
The sale price was not disclosed.
