PlaceMKR acquired a five-property portfolio of single-tenant At Home stores for $31.85 million. The portfolio totals 535,872 square feet across more than 46 acres in Texas, Mississippi and Ohio. The seller was Goldman Sachs-owned LCN Capital Partners.
The Texas properties are at 1600 W. Kelly Ave. in Pharr (107,394 square feet), 642 S. Walnut Ave. in New Braunfels (90,268 square feet) and 2650 W. Interstate 20 in Grand Prairie (109,794 square feet). The out-of-state assets are at 15065 Creosote Rd. in Gulfport, Mississippi (115,345 square feet) and 2244 S. Reynolds Rd. in Toledo, Ohio (113,071 square feet).
All five are occupied by At Home under long-term triple-net leases. Each site includes outparcels PlaceMKR may sell or lease for retail, restaurant or other commercial uses. Northmarq's Bryn Feller and Josh Dicker brokered the deal.
The purchase marks PlaceMKR's first expansion outside Texas. The firm was founded in 2018 by Christopher Cortese and Jesse Weber.
