Amenities include a learning center, food pantry, playground, sports court, and basketball court. Residents have access to after-school programs, summer activities, and supportive services. All units are affordable housing, enhancing community accessibility.
Initially slated for 2025, the project delivers essential residential space amid Austin's growth, emphasizing community support through its amenities.
