Keystone National Group Proposes Multifamily Near Samsung Austin Fab
Keystone National Group plans a two-phase multifamily project in northeast Austin near Samsung's Austin semiconductor plant, with construction starting October 2027 and completion in late 2028.
Keystone National Group, a Salt Lake City-area investment firm, has proposed a two-phase multifamily development on East Yager Lane, near Samsung's semiconductor factory in northeast Austin.
The project will include amenity centers. Construction is set to start in October 2027, with completion expected by October 31, 2028. Several documents tie both phases to Keystone National Group.
The site sits in northeast Austin, joining a wave of residential and commercial investment around Samsung's Austin fab. This is the project's first appearance in tracked development filings for the area.
