GFTX Riverfront Eco-Park, proposed east of I-35 near the Tesla Gigafactory in Austin, includes mixed-use amenities and infrastructure.

Features include walking trails, biking paths, wildlife corridors, wetland restoration, a riverfront boardwalk, picnic areas, a sports complex, and a playground. Fishing zones, a community orchard, a rain garden, and treatment ponds are also planned.
