COTA Resort PUD Expands: A hotel, convention center, and golf course are proposed at Circuit of the Americas in Austin. The development includes 1,000 hotel rooms across 4 floors, totaling 54,000 sq ft. RIDA Development leads the project with architecture by Miró Rivera Architects.
The hotel will reach 250 ft. Amenities include a lazy river, a convention center with extensive exhibit space, a golf course, and a driving range. Completion is slated for October 1, 2026.
