Colony Park Sustainable Community, a 3000-unit mixed-use project, progresses on city-owned land between Johnny Morris Road and Decker Lane along Loyola Lane in Northeast Austin, TX 78724. Led by CDC Colony Park Holdings, LP, an affiliate of Catellus Development Corporation, the project includes parks, open spaces, a health and wellness center, mixed-use retail and office spaces, and civic and institutional areas. Designed for accessibility, it features multi-modal streets with sidewalks and bike lanes.

Committed to sustainability, Colony Park adheres to S.M.A.R.T. Housing Program standards and targets a minimum 3-star rating from the Austin Energy Green Building program. Notably, no affordable units are planned.
