Four building permits have been issued for The Martin, a 375-unit mixed-use development under construction at 2730 E. 7th St in 78702. The permits cover 90, 43, 137, and 105 units respectively. OHT Partners is developing, with architecture by Omniplan.
The seven-story building totals approximately 500,000 square feet. Completion is expected October 2027.
The project includes 37 affordable units. Amenities: two resort-style pools, elevated courtyard, fitness center, wellness center with saunas and cold plunges, club rooms, golf simulator, karaoke and multimedia room, podcast rooms, coworking spaces, and a jumbotron entertainment system.
Residents also get a dog park and grooming station, rideshare lounge, and private balconies or yards. The site sits along the East 7th Street corridor, which has seen steady multifamily development in recent years.
