Developed by Sansone Group and designed by Gray Design Group, the project spans 681,259 sq ft in the Decker neighborhood. Features include 556 parking spaces, expanded trailer parking, and speculative office spaces. Completion is slated for January 31, 2027. It will achieve USGBC LEED and Austin Energy Green Building Certification. Public transit details are currently unavailable.
