The project includes 17 affordable units for households earning 80% or less of the area median family income. Located in a vibrant Austin area, it offers diverse unit options with neighborhood amenities.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story described a 297-unit, 120-foot building with no affordable housing. The current plan is a five-story building with 168 units, 17 of them affordable.
