The Martin, a 375-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 2730 E. Seventh St. in East Austin. It will feature seven floors and 500,000 square feet of residential space. OHT Partners is developing the project, with architecture by Omniplan.
Amenities include a courtyard with two resort-style pools, fitness facilities with saunas and cold plunges on the seventh floor, private balconies, and multiple common areas. Additional features are club rooms, a golf simulator, a karaoke room, and a multimedia room. The development includes 37 affordable units and is slated for completion by October 31, 2027.
The Martin also offers waterfall kitchen islands, gas ranges, built-in desks, podcasting rooms, a dog park with a grooming station, and a dedicated rideshare lounge, emphasizing modern living and community engagement.
