375-Unit Mixed-Use Project Rising on E. Seventh St.

The Martin, a 375-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 2730 E. Seventh St. in East Austin. It will feature seven floors and 500,000 square feet, including a 125,000-square-foot garage. OHT Partners is developing the project, with architecture by Omniplan.

Amenities include a courtyard with two resort-style pools, fitness facilities with saunas and cold plunges on the seventh floor, private balconies, and multiple common areas. Additional features are club rooms, a golf simulator, a karaoke room, and a multimedia room. The development includes 37 affordable units and is slated for completion in late 2028.

The Martin also offers waterfall kitchen islands, gas ranges, built-in desks, podcasting rooms, a dog park with a grooming station, and a dedicated rideshare lounge, emphasizing modern living and community engagement.

Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave completion as Oct. 31, 2027 and counted all 500,000 square feet as residential space. Completion is expected in late 2028, and the total includes a 125,000-square-foot garage.
