Seefried Industrial Properties has proposed a fulfillment center of more than 200,000 square feet on 52.7 acres at The Row in Southeast Austin, near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Plans surfaced through multiple public filings this month.
The Row is a 314-acre mixed-use project by Dallas-based Presidium, entitled for about 7 million square feet including homes, retail, hotels and roughly 100 acres of green space. The fulfillment center would add an industrial component.
The tenant is unconfirmed in public filings, though reporting has linked Amazon to the project. Seefried has built multiple Amazon facilities.
