CTR, a 1.2 million sq ft mixed-use development, is complete at 190 Marietta St NW, Atlanta. Developed by CP Group and designed by TVSdesign, it features a 24,000 sq ft food hall, CTR Food Works, with 12 dining concepts. The development includes Georgia's largest bar, seating 60, and Mastro’s Ocean Club. Amenities also comprise CTR Culture Studios with creative spaces, artist studios, and a gallery. Public art, murals, LED signage, and a large outdoor atrium enhance the area. Notably, the project lacks affordable housing units. CTR aims to energize downtown Atlanta.
