The Center (The CTR), a mixed-use development, is complete at 190 Marietta St NW, Atlanta. Spanning 1.15 million sq ft, it was developed by CP Group with design by TVSdesign.

Standing 309 feet tall, The Center includes 1,800 parking spaces, a 50,000 sq ft fitness center, conference facilities, a tenant lounge, and a 24,000 sq ft food hall. Additional features are public art, production studios, and pop-up retail.

Originally slated for completion by May 20, 2026, The Center offers convenient MARTA access, enhancing connectivity.
