Piedmont Center Redevelopment in Buckhead Proposed
CP Group plans to turn Piedmont Center, its 2.2M sq ft Buckhead office campus, into a mixed-use destination.
CP Group has proposed turning Piedmont Center, its 2,200,000 sq ft, 14-building office campus at 3525 Piedmont Rd NE in Buckhead, Atlanta, into a mixed-use destination. Architecture firms Smallwood and ASD|SKY are involved.
Amenities include cafes, fitness centers, green spaces, and a 1.2-mile walking trail. Street-level restaurant and retail corridors, conference centers, and tenant lounges are also planned.
Renovations are expected to begin in 2026. The design features hospitality-inspired lobbies, wellness amenities, and a new gateway entrance, aiming to create a vibrant environment.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story described a new 2,200,000 sq ft development set to finish in late 2026. The 2,200,000 sq ft is Piedmont Center's existing 14-building office campus, which CP Group plans to reposition, and renovations were expected to begin in 2026.
