One Atlantic Center Secures Long-Term Financing
One Atlantic Center, the 50-story Midtown tower at 1201 West Peachtree Street NW, has secured long-term financing alongside a renewal from anchor tenant Alston & Bird.

One Atlantic Center, the 50-story, 820-foot office tower at 1201 West Peachtree Street NW in Midtown, has secured long-term financing for the existing property. The tower contains 1,098,705 square feet and is Atlanta's third-tallest building.
Completed in 1987, the tower was designed by Johnson/Burgee Architects with Heery International and built by The Beck Group. AC Property Owner LP owns the property, acquired through a Starwood Capital-led joint venture in 2016.
The financing follows a commitment from anchor tenant Alston & Bird, which signed a 295,000-square-foot lease renewal (reported as roughly 300,000 square feet by Law.com).
The transaction covers the existing tower only; no new construction is involved.
