A mixed-use redevelopment at 50 Sunset Avenue & 41 Griffin Street in Vine City, Atlanta, has been approved by the Invest Atlanta board, which gave the development team unanimous procurement approval. It includes 215 residential units (200 mixed-income rentals and 15 for-sale homes) and 100 hotel rooms. Developed by Resurgence Commercial Partners with architecture by McMillan Pazdan Smith.
Amenities feature a student and conference center, structured parking, neighborhood retail, and a fresh food grocery store.
Proximity to public transit and major streets supports accessibility for residents and visitors.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project has 230 residential units, 200 of them affordable. It has 215 homes, 200 mixed-income rentals and 15 for-sale homes, with no affordable count published. The approval was Invest Atlanta's procurement approval of the development team.
