Features include residential units, 300 hotel rooms, meeting and event spaces, luxury condo amenities, wellness facilities, a resort-style pool deck, sky terraces, green spaces, and dining and entertainment options.
Webstar forecasts a ceremonial groundbreaking in mid-2026 and has not given a completion date. The design features modern elements like floor-to-ceiling glass and skyline views. It aims to enhance the urban landscape with comprehensive amenities and design.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said completion was slated for June 30, 2026. Mid-2026 was Webstar's target for a ceremonial groundbreaking, and no completion date has been given.
