Forge Atlanta Phase 1, a 600-unit mixed-use project, approved for 362 & 363 Fair Street SW and 359, 375, & 385 Whitehall Street SW in Southwest Atlanta. The 600,000 sq ft development includes residential and commercial spaces. Developed by Webstar Technology Group with architecture by Nelson Worldwide.

Features include 300 hotel rooms, meeting and event spaces, restaurants, entertainment areas, and outdoor community spaces. It also offers green spaces and transit connectivity. Completion is slated for June 15, 2025, with 20 affordable housing units.
