Atlanta Zoning Committee Refers Three Ordinances to Zoning Review Board
Atlanta's Zoning Committee sent three ordinances to the Zoning Review Board: a Capitol View microbrewery, self-storage special use permits and the NPU-H Masterplan in Adamsville Village.

Atlanta's Zoning Committee referred ordinances 26-O-1593, 26-O-1596 and 26-O-1605 to the Zoning Review Board.
Ordinance 26-O-1593 approves the application for a microbrewery in the Capitol View Neighborhood.
Ordinance 26-O-1596 requires special use permits for self-storage facilities in office-institutional zoning districts.

Ordinance 26-O-1605 implements elements of the NPU-H Masterplan, creating a more walkable mixed-use community in Adamsville Village.
The three pieces of legislation must have a public hearing at the Zoning Review Board and receive a recommendation before further consideration from the City Council.
The referrals are separate from ordinance 26-O-1595, which the committee favorably recommended to extend the city's moratorium on applications for building permits for self-storage facilities for an additional 60 days. That measure will be considered at the next Full Council meeting on November 2.
