Standing 749 feet tall, it includes 750 parking spaces. Amenities: resort-style athletic club, spa rooms, Sky Garden deck, rooftop pool, 20th-floor dog run, and clubroom. Completion is set for May 31, 2026.
Alina aims for LEED Silver certification, emphasizing sustainability. Features include a pickleball court, indoor Pilates studio, and outdoor terraces per office floor.
