The Atlantic Companies are transforming the former Myers Carpet Building at 1500 Northside Drive into a 21,200 sq ft mixed-use development. Gensler handles architectural design.
The project includes food and beverage, retail, showroom, and office spaces, leveraging an adaptive-reuse model. Completion is slated for December 31, 2026.
Located on Northside Drive, the site offers easy access to major routes and local amenities, enhancing the neighborhood landscape.
Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story gave the size as 32,000 sq ft and said the project includes housing. The plan calls for about 21,200 sq ft of food and beverage, retail, showroom and office space, with no residential units.
