840 Woodrow, a 326-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 840 Woodrow Street SW in Atlanta's West End. Developed by Woodfield Development with equity partner American South Capital Partners, it includes repurposed shipping container storefronts, a job training facility, and a coffee roaster HQ. Amenities include public-art programming, streetscape upgrades, BeltLine access, and brownfield remediation. Completion is slated for May 31, 2027.
The project emphasizes affordable housing with 66 units designated as affordable, enhancing community accessibility.
