3600 Peachtree, a 300-unit mixed-use development, is proposed for 3626 Peachtree Road NE in Buckhead, Atlanta. Crescent Communities is developing the project with architecture by Pickard Chilton.

Features include 1330 parking spaces, street-level food and beverage options, indoor-outdoor environments, and natural light interiors. Notable design elements are landscaped spaces and a 19,000-square-foot outdoor terrace. Residents will access shared indoor amenities totaling 10,000 square feet, a wellness center, alternative workspaces, and a sky deck.
