Trinity Central Flats, a 218-unit mixed-use development, is under construction at 104 Trinity Avenue SW, Atlanta. Spanning 205,100 sq ft over 10 floors, the project is led by Radiant Development Partners, Capitol Hill Neighborhood Development Corporation, and EQH Trinity Flats, with SSOE Group as the architect.
Amenities include a fitness center, community room, computer lab, outdoor courtyard, bike storage, rooftop garden, tenant laundry, and an arts & crafts room. Standing at 123 feet, completion is slated for December 2027. All units are designated affordable housing.
The project targets National Green Building Standard and Energy Star certifications, underscoring its sustainable design approach in Atlanta's urban core.
