1500 Northside Drive Mixed-Use Project Progresses

1500 Northside Drive Mixed-Use Redevelopment is planned at 1500 Northside Drive NW in Atlanta's Upper Westside, with pre-leasing underway. Developed by The Atlantic Companies with architecture by Gensler, the next phase includes 10,500 sq ft of food, beverage and retail space, a 7,000 sq ft showroom and 3,700 sq ft of flexible office space.

Features include a central breezeway, showroom spaces, flexible office space, and patios. Completion is expected by December 31, 2026, enhancing local infrastructure with versatile commercial and leisure spaces.

Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said the project was under construction and spans 36,500 sq ft. It was still pre-leasing when this story ran, and the plan calls for about 21,200 sq ft of retail, showroom and office space.
