1072 West Peachtree, a 357-unit mixed-use tower, is under construction at 1072 West Peachtree Street NW in Midtown, Atlanta. The 60-floor, 984,000 sq ft project is developed by Rockefeller Group, Taisei USA LLC, and Mitsubishi Estate New York, with architecture by TVSdesign.

Standing at 749 feet, it includes 748 parking spaces. Amenities feature a resort-style athletic club, spa treatment rooms, and the Sky Garden, Midtown's largest outdoor deck. Completion is slated for December 31, 2026. The building will incorporate smart technology and various indoor and outdoor amenities.

Certified as LEED Silver, it emphasizes sustainability and energy efficiency.
