Tratt Properties is building a 1.35 million-square-foot speculative warehouse within its Central Florida Integrated Logistics Park at 4001 Logistics Parkway in Winter Haven.
Tratt Properties is building WHIP 4A, a 1.35 million-square-foot speculative warehouse within its Central Florida Integrated Logistics Park at 4001 Logistics Parkway in Winter Haven. The $40 million project has FCL Builders leading construction.
The building is part of Tratt's 8.1 million-square-foot Central Florida Integrated Logistics Park. Tratt purchased the site in 2021 for $4.14 million.
The warehouse features 32-foot clear heights and 62 parking stalls. Rail access is available within the park, which sits next to the CSX Intermodal Terminal.
Chick-fil-A will open a 244,000-square-foot distribution center in the park next year, backed by a $150 million state investment. The center will serve around 170 restaurants and create more than 180 full-time jobs.
