Ytech has proposed 75 Broadway, a 52-story, 106-unit condominium at 75 SW 15th Road in Brickell. Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect.

The site was previously filed as Seven Broadway, a 54-story, 113-unit tower approved by Miami's Urban Development Review Board in July 2025. The revised plan calls for 99 standard units and seven penthouses, with no more than three homes per typical floor and private elevator foyers. Zoning would have allowed nearly 300 residences. Floor plans include one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts, with 33 residences planned for each configuration, priced from $3 million. Completion is anticipated in late 2029.

Amenities total more than 42,000 square feet: a rooftop pool, spa and gardens, an owners' lounge with library, dining room and study, a gym, yoga studio, treatment rooms and recovery facilities for hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy and red-light therapy. Residents get 24-hour butler service trained by the British Butler Institute. ACPV Architects Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel is handling interiors, Enea Landscape Architecture the landscaping, Arclinea the kitchens, and Magnusson Klemencic Associates structural and civil engineering. Cervera Real Estate is the exclusive sales team.
