2000 Wynwood Tops Out in Wynwood, Completion Set for 2027

The 12-story, 380,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 2000 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood has topped out. The 310-unit, 150-foot development broke ground in August 2025 and is targeting completion in 2027. Clearline Real Estate is developing the project with American Landmark Apartments; LEO A DALY is the architect.

Also known as Wynwood Crossing, the project includes six luxury townhome units, 12,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, 308 parking spaces and 141 bike racks. Amenities include an art studio, fitness center, coworking and conference space, courtyard pool, game room, social lounge, clubhouse, and package room. Shawmut Design and Construction is the general contractor.

The 1.3805-acre site assembles four parcels. Financing totals roughly $90 million: a $65.3 million construction loan from Bank OZK and a $24 million mezzanine loan from PGIM.
