72 + Collins Hotel & Condominium, a 222-unit mixed-use project from Northlink Capital, is under construction at 7134 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The 11-story building combines residences with retail space. Robert Rosenthal leads Northlink.
Permit records describe 222 units: 68 regular dwelling units and 154 co-living units, with 157,540 square feet of residential space. Plans call for 14,000 square feet of retail across eight tenant spaces. Amenities include a pool, exercise room, and rooftop deck.
Miami Beach's Design Review Board approved the project in July 2022. The project rises on a former Denny's site, with completion targeted for 2026. Permits include one valued at $85 million, plus additional permits of roughly $17.5 million and $5.3 million.
