The Chick-fil-A property at 14802 N. Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa sold for $9,000,000, with the transaction filed the week ending September 27, 2026. The site last traded in May 2022 for $4,000,000, more than doubling in roughly four years.
Buyers are L Mara LLC, A John LLC, S Paolo LLC, and James Lucket LLC. The seller was WPG-Bearss LLC. The 1.86-acre site spans approximately 81,006 square feet along the North Dale Mabry corridor.
The property is improved with a 5,335-square-foot quick-service restaurant built in 2025. Chick-fil-A operates under a 20-year lease that runs from March 2025 to March 2045.
The sale was an investment transaction. The building and tenant remain in place.
