Serella Stables Sells for $10.2M in Tarpon Springs

Serella Stables, a roughly 47-acre equestrian estate at 3225 Keystone Road in Tarpon Springs, sold for $10.2 million to DG Estates LLC, an entity tied to Vladimir Guerrero Jr. The deed was recorded October 8.

The seller was Colleen Maxcy, according to the deed. The estate last traded in 2020 for $5.7 million, after listing that year at $6.2 million. Completed in 2019, the property is a resale, not new development.

The 7,800-square-foot main home has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus a wine cellar, gym and library. Outdoor features include an outdoor kitchen and a 7,000-square-foot wrap-around terrace.

Equestrian facilities include an eight-stall barn, riding arena and two pastures. The property also has a stocked fishing pond, Lake Ella, with an aeration system and covered dock, plus a four-car detached garage and a two-story maintenance building with an elevator.
