The Clearview Park Apartments Senior Expansion is proposed for 3200 37th Avenue North in St. Petersburg. The four-story, 55,652-square-foot building will have 47 units. The St. Petersburg Housing Authority is developing the project, with architecture by MLK Architecture.

The building will include 39 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units from 680 to 923 square feet. All units will be affordable, with leasing preference for seniors. Amenities include a lobby, management offices, a meeting room, indoor bicycle storage, and community activity spaces. Plans call for 61 parking spaces.

The existing Clearview Park property has 22 garden-style apartments built in 1982. Eighteen will be renovated and four demolished for road access, bringing the property to 65 apartments, a net gain of 43. Estimated project value is $13 million.

The SPHA board's May 28, 2026 meeting agenda included a resolution approving the development plan for Clearview Park Apartments. Construction could begin in late 2027 or early 2028.
