The tower would have risen 195 feet with 176 parking spaces and ground-floor retail below the residential levels. Amenities included an elevated deck, pool, and landscaped courtyard.

The plan was a scaled-down revision of a 21-story, 213-unit tower approved by City Council in February 2025 under Stadler Development. The revision cut 50 feet of height, 48 units, and 54 parking spaces. The application, valued at $54 million, was scheduled for Development Review Commission review on September 2, 2026.

The 0.7-acre site holds a 105-year-old commercial building and a surface lot. No replacement plan has been filed.
