EVO Family Entertainment Center, an 83,000-square-foot venue on the 700 block of Cleveland Street in Clearwater, is approved with completion targeted for late 2027.

EVO Family Entertainment Center has been approved for the 700 block of Cleveland Street at Myrtle Avenue in downtown Clearwater. The two-story, 83,000-square-foot project combines a movie theater with entertainment and dining uses. Myrtle Development LLC is the developer; RDC is the architect.
Plans call for 400 parking spaces and completion by December 31, 2027.

The center will include a seven-screen multiplex anchored by a cinema screen the developer describes as the world's largest, measuring over 130 feet wide and 70 feet tall. All auditoriums will feature Dolby Vision projection and Dolby Atmos sound.
Other amenities include bowling, arcade gaming, laser tag, rock climbing, and interactive entertainment, plus a scratch-kitchen restaurant and additional dining options.
