The 90-room Comfort Suites at 5421 W Waters Ave in Tampa sold for $10.5 million in an off-market deal brokered by Taj Patel of GPT Commercial.
Comfort Suites Tampa Airport North, a 90-room hotel at 5421 W Waters Ave, sold for $10.5 million. The five-story, 54,138-square-foot property traded at $193 per square foot, or $116,666 per key. The off-market deal closed September 3.
Dharmesh Patel's Shiv Shraddha LLC was the seller; Keshav Patel's Padma Partners LLC was the buyer. Taj Patel of GPT Commercial brokered the transaction, representing both sides.
The hotel operates under a Choice Hotels franchise with less than two years remaining on the agreement at listing. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, meeting room, and breakfast area.
The property sits near the Veterans Expressway, within five miles of Raymond James Stadium.
