RiverGate Mall Master Plan Redevelopment, an 880-unit mixed-use project, is underway at 1000 Rivergate Parkway in Goodlettsville, Nashville. The development spans 130,000 square feet over 7 floors. Merus, LLC leads the project with Smith Gee Studio as the architect.
Features include 120 hotel rooms, a center green, plaza, pool courtyard, and residential gathering area. Completion is slated for 2029.
The project incorporates 80 affordable housing units, enhancing housing diversity within the community.
