Paramount Tower, a 500-unit mixed-use building, is under construction at 1010 Church Street, Nashville. The 60-floor, 700,000 sq ft development by Giarratana, LLC, with architecture by Goettsch Partners, will reach 750 feet and include 517 parking spaces. Amenities feature a fitness center, lounges, co-working spaces, a pool with terrace, private dining rooms, a dog spa, and a bike room. Completion is slated for May 31, 2028.

The ground-floor lobby and mixed-use spaces aim to integrate with the urban landscape, offering residential and commercial areas.
