Oracle River North Campus, a 1735-unit mixed-use development, is approved for East Bank in Nashville's River North district. The project includes residential, hotel, and commercial spaces. Oracle Corporation is the developer, with architecture by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners.

Features include 550 hotel rooms, public walking trails along a pond by the Cumberland River, a pedestrian bridge connecting Germantown to East Bank, and a community clinic. Additional amenities are a restaurant, public greenspace, and a concert venue. Completion is expected by December 31, 2031.
