Oracle's mixed-use project in East Bank, Nashville, is approved.
Oracle River North Campus, a mixed-use development, is approved for East Bank in Nashville's River North district. The project includes hotel and commercial spaces. Oracle Corporation is the developer, with architecture by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners.
Features include a 120-room hotel, public walking trails along a pond by the Cumberland River, a pedestrian bridge connecting Germantown to East Bank, and a community clinic. Additional amenities are a restaurant, public greenspace, and a concert venue. Completion is expected by December 31, 2031.
No public transit details are available at this time.
Correction, Oct. 21, 2026: An earlier version of this story said Oracle's campus has 1,735 housing units and 550 hotel rooms. The campus has no housing, and its hotel has 120 rooms.
