Oracle's 1,550-unit mixed-use HQ at 1425-1436 Cowan Court, River North, Nashville, spans 1.2 million sq ft. Developed by The Fallon Company with architecture by Norman Foster, it includes 550 hotel rooms, a pedestrian bridge, riverfront park, public paths, a community clinic, restaurant, and floating concert stage. Completion is set for 2031 with LEED Gold certification. Public transit details are pending, but the site offers access to major thoroughfares.
