Napier & Sudekum Transformation, a 2000-unit mixed-use project, has been approved for Napier Place & Sudekum Apartments in Nashville. Developed by The NHP Foundation, The Peebles Corporation, Legacy Real Estate Development, Pillars Development, and APK Development & Construction, with architecture by Lord Aeck Sargent.
Features include a central park, commercial space, and improved food access. Expanded early learning, after-school, and summer programs are planned. A neighborhood health clinic will offer pharmacy services, pediatric care, reproductive services, and wellness education. 821 units are designated as affordable housing.
