Correction, Oct. 22, 2026: An earlier version of this story said The Fallon Company leads the whole redevelopment, including the stadium and TPAC, that it has no affordable housing, and that it is set to complete Dec. 31, 2027. Fallon is master developer of the first 30 acres, where 695 of 1,550 planned homes are affordable. 2027 is the new stadium's planned opening.
